Let’s Get This Party Started!

01

Complimentary Phone Consultation

We’ll begin with a free, no-obligation phone call where we’ll discuss your goals for you and your dog.

This conversation allows me to understand your needs and helps us both determine if my positive training methods and services are the right fit.

02

Complimentary Meet & Greet

Following our phone consultation, we’ll schedule an in-person meet and greet where I’ll come to you to meet your dog and further discuss your training objectives.

This allows me to observe your dog’s behavior and build a more comprehensive understanding of your needs.

03

Your Customized Training Plan

Based on our conversations and my assessment of your dog, I will develop a customized training plan utilizing positive reinforcement techniques and science backed training.

We’ll review this plan together to ensure it aligns with your goals and that you feel confident in our approach before we begin.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

These are some of the questions we hear most often about our services. We hope these provide helpful information. However, every dog and situation is unique, so if you have any other questions or would like to discuss your specific needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us – we’re always happy to chat!

How long will it take to see results?

The timeline for seeing results varies depending on several factors, including your dog’s personality, the specific behaviors we’re addressing, and your consistency with practice. We’ll discuss realistic expectations during our initial consultation and provide ongoing support throughout the training process. Remember, training is an ongoing journey, not a quick fix.

What training methods do you use?

We exclusively use positive reinforcement methods, which involve rewarding your dog for desired behaviors. This approach is scientifically proven to be effective, humane, and builds a stronger, more trusting relationship between you and your dog. We do not use punishment, force, intimidation or aversive tools.

How does the billing process work?

Once you’ve signed our training contract, we will bill you for the first three training sessions. This allows you to experience our training methods and see how your dog responds. If, you’re not satisfied, you may cancel the contract, and your financial obligation will be limited to the cost of the first three sessions. If you wish to continue with the agreed-upon training plan, we will then bill you for the remainder of the contract, and we’ll continue our training sessions as scheduled.

What geographical areas do you cover?

We primarily operate within the Central Florida area including Mount Dora, Eustis, Tavares, North Orlando and Ocala area. Please contact us to confirm availability in your location though as we do offer in-person training paired with virtual support for non-local clients that would like to work with us.

How will I (as the dog guardian) be involved in the training process?

You can be as involved as your schedule allows! For our one-on-one training sessions, we do require at least one adult guardian to be present during the sessions. This allows us to directly show you the positive reinforcement techniques and strategies we’re using, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to continue the training effectively between sessions.
